2Eligibility and Registration

4Withdrawals and Identity Verification

Withdrawals at claze77 are made exclusively to Brazilian bank accounts registered under the same CPF as the platform account. The default withdrawal method is Pix, processed in under 30 seconds after an approved request, available 24 hours a day.

General withdrawal conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: R$ 20.00 via Pix.
• Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory for the first withdrawal of any amount and for withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 from the second request onward.

Any dispute arising from the interpretation or application of these Terms and Conditions that is not resolved amicably through the support channels of the claze77 shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
